Ingredients:
6 c Water
6 ts Loose black tea
6 Cardamon pods
1 1/2 ts Fennel seeds
3 c Milk
Sugar or honey to taste

Method:
Combine the water, tea, cardamon, and fennel seeds in a large saucepan and simmer over low heat for 3 min. add the milk and 2 min. later, strain the tea into cups.Add sugar/honey.
