Birds’ Milk Cake
Birds’ Milk Cake is mostly filling of marshmallow separated by thin slices of cake and the entire cake is covered in chocolate. It is considered a Russian invention. The cake began in 1936 with Jan Wedel, the owner of E. Wedel confectionary company, created a new candy of milk-based meringue covered in chocolate.
