Strings and History: Slavic Folk Music Lab
Experience Slavic folk music beyond the textbook in this interactive, hands-on workshop. You will explore traditional Slavic instruments, learn to play balalaika, and discover how Slavic folk music has evolved from ancient village traditions to modern stage performances. No musical experience required!

A Musical Journey around the World: Domra, Guitar, and Voice concert
This one-hour concert features Peter Omelchenko, one of the world's greatest domra players. He is joined by Anna Kusner, a Gnessin academy-trained guitarist, and a renowned Ukrainian baritone Peter Slutsky. The musicians will perform popular classical favorites, Ukrainian melodies, Jewish music, Russian romances, and international hits. Learn more about the musicians and listen to the music excerpts HERE
