Could Skolkovo be the next Russian Silicon Valley?

I came across this article when I was perusing www.rt.com. Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is concerned about the lack of proper professional scientists that are skilled enough to work in laboratories such as Skolkovo. So Medvedev had a meeting with Russian and foreign scientists to discuss problems academics face, and possible solutions. It's an interesting post so check it out.
