The woman was very young, around 20-25 years old at the time of her death. She was found scalped and mutilated in a cardboard box, wrapped in saran wrap. The police say that they received a tip about the body on Sunday evening. The victim had a note in her pocket, and the police are looking for that man now.
This is the second time in the last month that a body has been discovered in the park, the first being a similar nature, but less extreme.
